Sue Blansfield Obituary

MACOMB, IL — Sue Blansfield, 75, of Table Grove, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at The Elms Nursing Home in Macomb.
Born January 2, 1951, in Macomb, she was the daughter of Carroll and D. Alleyne (Andrews) Blansfield.
Blansfield dedicated 35 years of service as a secretary at ÌÇÐÄAPP, where she became a familiar and trusted presence to students, faculty and staff. Known for her kindness, professionalism and unwavering commitment, she took great pride in her work and formed lasting friendships throughout her years at the university.
She is survived by her sister, Damaris Blansfield; her brother-in-law, Keith Cramer; and two nieces, Trisha (Matthew) Cramer Doll and Robin Cramer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Robert Van Blansfield; and her sister, Linda Cramer.
A graveside service was held May 18, at Pennington Point Cemetery, with Mike Ulmer officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Table Grove Fire and Rescue.
Dodsworth Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
